• Here's what you'll get
What to do in Tayrona?
  • Welcome to the Caribbean coast of Colombia, where you will find beaches, surfing waves, palm trees, a jungle, and the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta (the highest mountain range near the sea in the world).

Relax, have fun, get a tan, and swim. Enjoy the private beach or dip in the pool with a tropical cocktail from our bar.
Environment
  • Enjoy complimentary daily activities at the location, from volleyball or ping pong tournaments, yoga and meditation classes, dance classes, movie nights on the beach, bonfires, karaoke nights, and more.

Do you want some adventure during your stay in the Tayrona? First, book a surf lesson or go hiking and explore the “Lost City,” where you will meet a local indigenous tribe.

Prefer something quieter? Lie in a hammock on the beach while you watch the sunset, or book a massage and enjoy it while listening to the waves crashing along the shoreline.

If you want a place to relax, sunbathe, enjoy delicious cocktails and do different activities.
Classes

If you are an adventure traveler, you can go hiking to Quebrada Valencia or tubing down the Buritaca river.

If you are a soccer or volleyball lover, we have weekly tournaments. The winning team has a prize.

Learn belly dancing, new salsa, or dancehall steps. You can enjoy these and many more activities during your stay.

• Here's reflective questions
Self reflection on personal well-being
  • How long have I been saying that I'm in need of a break but haven't acted on it?
  • Have I considered the impact of delaying self-care and not giving myself the rest I deserve?
  • What thoughts are holding me back from taking time for myself?
  • Am I waiting for the 'perfect time' to take a retreat or can I commit to my happiness now
Balancing commitments & personal growth
  • What other commitments or distractions have taken over my own personal growth?
  • How can I shift my mindset to view self-care as an essential investment rather than an indulgence?
  • What personal goals or dreams have I put on hold, and can this retreat help me move closer to them?
Financial considerations
  • Can I ask a friend or partner to share accommodations to reduce expenses?
  • Can I ask my workplace for just a few days off to make this retreat a reality?
  • Is there a possibility to swap shifts or work remotely during the retreat dates, allowing for greater flexibility?
  • What daily costs can I reduce to make this possible?
Travel logistics & cost reduction
  • Are there any budget airlines like Flair flying to Puerto Vallarta?
  • Is there an opportunity to use rewards points or miles from credit cards or loyalty programs to offset travel costs?
• Here's about the space
Authenticity & Vulnerability
  • A space where you don't have to shrink yourself.
  • A space where you don't have to pretend or perform in ways that people want you to and actually show up for yourself.
  • A space where you can fully be vulnerable, in silence, or completely empty which is completely enough.
Judgement-free enviroment
  • A space where you can show up, as you are, without judgment, without ridicule, without fear of violence or containment.
  • A space where you can just be and filled all the way up.
Building Connections
  • A space where you can make new friends and build meaningful connections.
  • A space to create a safe and inclusive environment where individuals can feel comfortable being their authentic selves, without feeling judged or pressured to perform.
  • A space focused on building a community where people can connect and support each other!
Inclusivity and support
  • A space that can be especially beneficial for those who may feel marginalized or isolated in other areas of their lives.
  • A space that's especially safe for women-identifying souls plus their allies to explore their practice and connect with like-minded individuals.
Inspiration from Janet Mock
  • A space designed to empower individuals to embrace their true selves and foster meaningful connections within a supportive community.
